SINCE 2024

Hi, we’re Shlok and Shreya! From best friends to life partners, we’ve always shared a vision of creating something meaningful together. Shreya is a practicing psychologist, and Shlok is an entrepreneur. Together, we founded Shvasa to spark conversations about mental health and make it a part of everyday life—free from stigma and judgment.

At Shvasa, we believe that mental health is a superpower, and nurturing it should feel empowering, not intimidating. Our clothing is designed to be more than just wearable—it’s a statement of gratitude, kindness, and positivity. Every piece we create reflects our shared passion for mental well-being, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Shvasa Life

As people fortunate enough to understand our neurodivergent identities, we were confused about why this awareness wasn't more universal and why it wasn't integrated into educational programs or everyday conversations. When we created Shvasa, we were inspired by what we wished existed—a brand that truly resonated with us, something we’d proudly choose for ourselves and our closest ones.

The name Shvasa means “breathe,” a reminder of life’s simplest and most essential rhythm. Across every philosophy of mindful living, mastering the art of breath is often the first step. We felt it was the perfect foundation for our mission.

At our core, we’re about blending aesthetics, quality, and mindfulness. Our design philosophy embraces a relaxed, minimalistic, yet refreshing aesthetic. Every product is thoughtfully created to stand the test of time—shirts that grow softer and better with every wash, made with fabrics that feel as good as they look.

With a degree from Pepperdine University, USA, Shreya is not only a practicing psychologist but also our in-house mental health guru. Blessed with an impeccable eye for design, she has the final say on every color, font, and visual that defines Shvasa. Her unique blend of creativity and expertise ensures our brand’s message is as beautiful as it is meaningful.

Chief Everything Else Officer

Fabric nerd, operations whiz, and the one always planning three steps ahead—Shlok is the ultimate jack of all trades. In a previous life, he was an organic farmer and a milkman, with a deep-rooted love for all things raw and natural. His ability to seamlessly juggle roles makes him the backbone of Shvasa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays true to its essence.
